Min Ho Lee è nato il 22 giugno del 1987 in Sud Corea. Ha iniziato la sua carriera nel 2006 apparendo nel cast di alcuni show televisivi, in brevi drama e in qualche film. E' soprattutto famoso per aver interpretato il ruolo di Gu Jun Pyo, il leader degli F4 nel pluripremiato adattamento del popolare manga Hana Yori Dango, dal titolo Boys Over Flowers nel 2009.
